UK delivery

We offer free UK tracked delivery on eligible orders. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is 4–7 working days. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 working day. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier scan.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment dates. Weather, carrier disruption, remote-area routing or address queries can cause delays. Unless a different timeframe is agreed, UK consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. If you notice an error, email info@mileward.co.uk immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the estimated window has passed, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by UK consumer law. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
