Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day voluntary returns period from the day you receive your order. To request a return, email info@mileward.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back.

Items should be unworn beyond a reasonable fitting, unwashed, undamaged and returned with any tags and original packaging where possible. For hygiene, please try MidRide on over your own underwear. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Approved returns should be sent to: Mileward, Peregrine Road, Ilford, IG6 3SZ, United Kingdom. Please obtain proof of postage. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or the wrong item was supplied, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.

UK cancellation rights

For most online purchases, UK consumers may cancel the contract within 14 days after the day the goods are received, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email at info@mileward.co.uk. You may use the model wording below, but it is not compulsory.

Model cancellation wording: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].

After cancelling, return the goods within 14 days. We will refund the price paid and, where applicable, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We will process an eligible refund to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Exchanges

For a different size, contact us first. The quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
